Day 32. Birthday weekend over. Sent most of the cake home with others, ate what I wanted but tried to keep it reasonable. Went over rdi but I'm feeling pretty good overall, I've tracked honestly and consecutively for a month now and I'm approaching a 10 lb loss so pretty good for on my own.
245.6 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 82.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
