I am going back to a healthy diet. As little carbs as possible, no sweets, and more fruits and veggies. I want to he to 200, and then 180
221.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Fat Flush Plan   gaining 0.3 lb a week
