Home made chicken soup. This has squash, corn, Jamaican style boiled dumplings, Jamaican yellow yam, grace soup mix, seasonings etc... VERY yummy. I am guessing the calorie amount....

You are welcome. There are numerous recipes online... this is definitely a hearty main course type of meal, really filling. The soup mix can be bought at Walmart and 1 packet is like $1. Wish I could attach a pic but Google grace soup mix.
