I had a bad eating day today. I started out with good intentions, but for dinner I had way too much pizza. I'm in a bowling league, and that is what we ate for dinner. Even though the slices were very small, it ended up being a lot. I will try harder tomorrow.

Hi there! Ahh...we all have those days. Don't be too hard on yourself :o)! Tomorrow is another day and another start! This is my second 'go round' on WW. The first time I did well...but in 2 years I put that back on + some...this time is different. I've added MUCH more water a day (128+oz a day) and more fruit and veggies. Veggies can be hard to get in if you don't like them. How about cauliflower/broccoli/peppers/sugar snap peas...I put a link down below here (copy and paste)...it's from a challenge that just ended on fatsecret and everyone posted recipes and such. ImLuuvd gathered them all on this one page...maybe you can find something that would interest you there for adding more veggies and such?
