So I got back on track today, after yesterday's fateful pizza party. Even though I ate all my points yesterday. I did dive into 10 of my weekly 35 points. Doesn't sound so bad, but I felt terrible about it. Today I am doing a little better, but I am so hungry all the time. I don't make bad eating choices, and I eat small things 6 times a day. I get all the water I need(even though I could drink more), but I just get really really hungry. I am looking for some help on food ideas that I can try to fill me up a little more, without the added fat calories. I am trying to eat better, but I am finding it hard to change my old eating habbits this quickly.

Can you take a frozen entree to work for lunch? I used to carry mine in an insolated bag and by the time lunch came around , it had thawed to the point where it only took a minute or so to heat. I think you're not getting enough volume in a granola bar to tide you over 'til dinner Have you tried WW yogurt? It has 3 grams of fiber to help fill you up. That is something other brands don't have and they're higher in points. I like peach (I chop up a nectarine to add) and Key Lime Pie, but you might like the armaretto flavor since you seem to like coffee flavors.
