Awkward eating day. I am staying away from the intermittent fasting for the most part since I was doing it incorrectly before. But today I woke up feeling sick, so I didn't eat breakfast. Had a lunch, then went to the gym for my trainer, ended up working with another trainer for a little bit longer, then decided to go to crossfit even though the WOD had doubleunders (which I can NOT do at all). Then I finally got home not too long ago, and remember, I need to eat! Crossfit competition on Sunday!
