My mom made funfetti Halloween cupcakes. I ate 3 last night and WTF I saw a weight spike the next morning. I feel like I really am one of those people who gain weight by looking at food. So I looked in the fridge today sniffed them and said no. While I still lost weight I had yet to record I gained half of what I lost back. I've has a wishy washy week though. I have been trying to workout during the early day when my daughter takes her nap and I get a stomach ache when I eat and then workout so I find myself eating no breakfast or lunch as I wait then I workout and dinner ends up being my only REAL meal sometimes. Also I splurged on Chinese earlier this week and helped my friend with her newborn...she had nothing but junk to eat so guess what i ate junk.
