I haven't strayed from my diet much, I have had whole days where I lose is for ever meal and pig out. I had to stop working out because my class became so demanding and I just dropped one class-really two because it has a lab-because I was failing literally all my classes. This semester should not have been as hard as it was, I still don't understand. My stress levels are through the roof, I still have slight insomnia and now my doc says I'm at risk to be put on high blood pressure medication. I don't want that, I'm eating even better than before.
Mostly water with a soda at dinner but only if it's a very hardy meal. I eat more rice to fill me up, steamed veggies because I really don't eat vegetables otherwise. I eat healthier snacks, almonds and pears mostly. I take fish oil and B12, the days have been getting nice here and there so my daughter really gives me a run for my money on those days, I take her to the park and she runs me raged literally. We run up hills-her favorite not mine- and she likes to crawl without using her knees which is a workout when you do it up hills. I literally feel better, though my weight it going up. I am actually eager to work out but the timing isn't right, I always need to study whenever possible.
I'm just really pissed that it's so easy to gain weight, I remember when I entered the 160's I was so happy and I got down to 164 at the lowest (though it was with fasting)before I started to rise again. At least I know it can be done so I don't feel as bad.

Just
two
more weeks then I can work out again, but now it's so damn
cold
I have to wait till later in the day because the garage is so cold. I have been lucky to have kept the weight mostly off with little to no effort but it's coming back and I need to pick back up...just after my classes finish
