Day 4--I think weighing every day is really helping me at the moment, it starts my morning with a reminder of what I'm doing...which right now is awesome! Went out last evening to hang out with friends at a farmer's market--there were cake, apples, pies, nothing I could eat but I was full from the meal I ate ahead of time! Plus I knew I would reward myself with Dunkin Donuts coffee afterwards! While I'm at it, I want to thank all of you--I couldn't do it without your support, this web site is amazing!
Oh one additional note! I've been putting coconut oil in my coffee every morning! That could be another reason for my success!!

Yes, you are definatley back on track. I'm sure by now you are feeling it- your body's sigh of relief. Good proteins + good fats + good veg = happy bodies. Have a great day!
