So I have to put off my workout till Sunday once again. This time...there is a good excuse...I was in a car accident last Saturday and I am suffering bad whiplash. Doctor wants me to rest for this week before starting up again. So yeah... :( Not happy about it but there is nothing I can do. I will try my hardest though when I do start to workout again. My blood pressure is also up.
