Finally a significant drop on the scale after two weeks of working out, following JC and not seeing much in terms of weight. Lots of body changes I was happy with but weight not following. Odd.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
