Hi Folks! Well, I am losing but not fast enough. I did an analysis on my records here and found that I lost 3 to 4 pounds a week when my Fat stayed under 37 as an average and my Net Carbs stayed at 55 as an average. SO going to do exactly that!

If it works then by all means do it. This is not a one size fits all diet and what works for some may not work for you. Good luck to you I really do wish nothing but success to you.
