Hi, I am a mom to two and grandmom to 9 and great grandmom to 1! Been fighting the battle of the bulge forever. I have been trying all kinds of ways to get this weight off. Being a diabetic makes the choices a bit difficult also. I weighed 263 last summer and now weigh 214. Have so much more to lose. I hope to gain friends here for encouragement.

They removed WW Pts from the preference
Yes I was on Atkins and went over to WW yesterday. That is when I found out that the preferences did not include WW any longer.

I am not losing and kept my carbs allot lower! I think I will cut out the shakes and bars and see if that is the culprit! Confused

Don't worry!! When this happens your body is adjusting to the weight loss and you are losing inches instead!!! Go Girl!!! I drink lots of green tea during this to help my body adjust quicker. Idea
