Had the most food I have had in one day for months yesterday as it was my birthday so I can cope with a small increase! ❤️x
173.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

@Fio...No cake my friend but I did have some of those ball shaped chocolate truffles that are made by those Swiss chocolatiers and perfectly cooled so they are hard to the bite but just melt in glorious delight and those wrapped in gold foil and served at those foreign diplomatic parties served by his or her excellency and get stuck in your teeth and some proper Turkish delight with plenty of fine sugar dust on and enjoyed. What joy 😉❤️x

Ok, I'll just about forgive you for not having chocolate cake... thanks to the truffles. ;) Nom-nom! I ADORE chocolate truffles. My goodness those things are so moreish. :D Glad you had some nice treats!
