Thought harder about working out this morning...and still snoozed until 6:30am. However, I'm going back to 'recommended' portion sizes. Started last night for supper. It's a step.

All those steps count! I had thought about working out in the morning, but I just can't do it. I have to be at work by 7:25 and I am not a morning person at all!
Keep up with the portions! That will make a difference. Are you trying to eat more filling foods so that even though you are eating less, you are getting more out of it?
