1552 kcal Fat: 33.90g | Prot: 76.85g | Carb: 256.98g.   Breakfast: splenda, kashi good friends, brewed tea, brewed coffee, Strawberries, Unsweetened Soy Milk. Lunch: salad greens, raw vegetables, feta cheese, Artichoke Hearts, Chickpeas, Tuna in Water (Canned). Dinner: basmati rice, unsweetened soymilk, dal, splenda, mustard greens. Snacks/Other: m&ms, diet soda, light and fit, berries, peanut butter. more...
