I'd recommend ( and have recommended a greater degree of success) for folks to start tracking their calories for a month and up to 3 months and not change their habits or quantity of food. By tracking calories and learning what they actually have been eating it makes the process a little less burdensome. If they understand their true initial intake then the chart above is awesome.

Great information, I have been eating between 1900-2000 calories a day and practically maintaining my weight, so if I want to lose the last few pounds of body fat I think 1500_1600 a day is fine 🤔

Yes keilin, but ur not going to hit a plateau all you gonna lose is what, less than 10 lbs?

Well, I don't really know, my weight a few years ago was this one 104-108 and still had a little belly fat, so I have no idea how much I have to lose, but I know that 5 pounds can make a great difference. I have to admit that unknown scare me , probably that is why I had stopped losing weight

Yes , a good break, especially this week 😐 I did enjoyed, though 😀😊🐷. But, mentally this is too much for me , it's hard to eat like a normal person , I am always thinking about the calories 🤨😕

Terrapin have you worked with people before? I love the idea of tracking first but most people sort of dive right in and then can get lost in the information. And I agree with Rosio, patience is a must.
