Up a bit from Italian Cheat Day, 209.8

Pretty good to be under 210 after cheat day, if I can maintain today! Time to chuck out all my sweet ricotta cheeses. I had a light cereal breakfast.

Lasagna and bread were good yesterday, not great. More for kids than for me, and that is ok too. Made my cheat day seem mild. Desserts I made I was not super pleased with, but it was my 1st attempt at cannolli, or cannolli like things. I made little tarts with ricotta cheese. The crusts of the tarts were pie crusts, and they sucked. My bad, it came out of a box. Wife and son liked it ok.

Up at 5Am with the wife who was up early. My early bike riding schedule is doing it. But I have some study to do, and a fresh cup of coffee, life is good!

I am not a coffee person, but I think I am turning into one!

Cant decide if I want to ride tonight or not. Lets and hips are quite sore from yesterday. Abs even hurt, which is good.

Am tossing around the idea of lowering calories to 1200 for a few weeks (end of month). I know, this is too low for a man, but I assume mis-measurement and approximation will keep me around 1500 anyway. I am pretty sure there is a 10-30% fudge factor on my estimations as I dont measure everything, and also dont necessarily log 100% of foods. And I am A-OK with it just like that.

I dont want to be a nutjob walking around with a scale. Thats no way to live your life boy!

Anyway, have a good day. I need to get more coffee!

Greetings! Ahhh Cannolli - I haven"t eaten a good one since I was a chld growing up in Boston area. Sounds like you did a decent job! Hey,when are you going to post a photo of "kitty"? I would loveto see him/her !

Thanks Ya'll! HCB, I will post a pic of kitty soon! I have a few around. Heather, glad you didn't catch me on an off day like today, lol. Yes, it could be the riding. Did not go today, still sore, but I wanted too! Tonight is the end of Ramadan, and I am off Monday, so I plan on going Monday AM early for another longish, ride.
