5th day of no carb insulin reset. Fasting glucose was 88 this morning. Slept okay but woke about 6. That is about 6.5 hours of sleep.
129.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
