Soooo.... 10 days ago my tweaked my lower back on my right side for the first time. Despite meds/stretching/etc that spread across my entire lower back. Another first! Been off gym, diet and logging since. Work/Fam has been challenging as well. Been focused on flexibility. Backs fine, but everything still feels tight. Hips especially.

Anyway, been weighing in between 201-203 pretty consistently. This morning hit 197.2, down 2# from last logged weight. OK in mirror this morning. 4 pack in good light. Waist sloppy.

Plan for the coming week is to focus on delivering a couple crucial work milestones, continue to avoid binging and stress eating, log Weigh-ins daily, level up flexibility work, enjoy the holiday, full weigh-in/game plan Tuesday a week. And eat some barbecue...

Back issues are the worst. I have had lower back issues since I was in a car accident when I was 12. Chiropractors are the only thing that worked for me. Then when I was 30 I was in a train accident and thrown backwards into a steel pole between my spine and shoulder blade. So now I have constant upper back issues with lower back issues that flair up. Not fun. Get healed up and take care of yourself. Acupuncture can also help get the muscles to stop freaking out and calm down.

May I recommend some stretching exercises? I follow someone on Instagram who provides vids of good back and leg stretches. Hamstring stretches might be good for your back. His username is joetherapy

I know you are careful training. Have you considered vehicle seat, bed, chair possibly creating a slight misalignment or other irritation that leads to this recurring issue? You are keeping a great attitude!
