Going to try ELMM at least through graduations. No matter what "diet" I end up with, I need to start moving more.
2 goals: 1). lose the Dew and replace with water - lots of water!
& 2). walk daily. Just 20 - 30 minutes.

On the side: eat more vegies, minimal to zero junk, whole grain breads = better choices. I will keep the HV Ranch Dressing, regular mayo and butter over their "healthier" counterparts. Adding back in fruits - apples, bananas, oranges... & keep researching on nutrition.

Then I will re-evaluate. Still looking at starting atkins after graduation to help stop the carb craze, plus everywhere I turn there are people who's numbers have improved dramatically (Including MIL), and they look & feel great. ELMM, people feel good, have gradual weight loss, but not much to say about numbers - either were never tested or haven't posted them. I want my numbers to improve, before my doctor tells me I need to improve them. I'm worried I won't be able to stick to it though for life & I'll end up right back where I'm starting from.
