Hubby started by cutting out one snack and dropped 10#. He bragged about it and I wanted to smack him lol. ‘Just cut out your snacks and you’ll lose’ uh no hun cause I already cut out all except one @ 90 calories! Plus cut portions in half! And walking 2 hours a week! Took me a whole month to lose 10# and haven’t done it since. So unfair that men can lose so much quicker and easier lol. There should be something that clicks for us ladies after having kids that says ‘hey body no more kids so we don’t need this extra fat and don’t need to store so much’.

Wouldn't you all just love to wake up some day with reversed metabolisms & watch their faces when they gain weight on less than 1,000 calories a day? If I ate anywhere near what he does I would easily gain 2 pounds a day.

If this is true I must be half woman then...my breasts shrink and gain proportionately to donut intake...thus not very many donuts for me.
