I am grateful to awaken, once again. Continued reduced edema. Continue no supps day today. May restart BHB/mct tomorrow. Energy-clarity way down, but not unpleasant in any way. Might nap. Boy’s mom away on biz trip so he and I are in casual mode. Sooooo much easier way of life. Chill. Enjoy while we can. I’m back to studio/bedroom designl-while-construction ,after yesterday’s distractions. One task: move and stack 2 file cabinets. And shop Ross’ Tuesday for throw pillows..at least. Shoes for boy, wonder if he’s a 11 yet 6th grader ha!
