Running behind today...good Tuesday morning...woke up at 4am...had breakfast and my green tea..guess all the hot meal was enough to make number 2 work it’s magic along with the extra fiber...lol

Sister called she doing great at hospital this morning...already up an moving last night after we left and again this morning with pain level not as bad as it was before surgery...call cut short doctor came in...

Have therapy this morning...I’m tired from a day of sitting at hospital yesterday...hoping to recover from the tiredness...would like to do a zwift ride today...get back into a habit..

Has a low sugar/stress/pain episode yesterday morning about noon...just felt spaced out...my friend mike was there with sister but helped me get ibprophen and food in me...and I recovered...was a long day..

Need to get next meal in before therapy...so ibuprofen an hydrocoden has something to fill my tummy...I’m sure this session will be harder then usual...just not in mood today...

As for change of meal plan...like any other...gotta prep ahead to keep it simple and on track..weight was up this morning..but just 1/2 a pound...not enough to worry about...was probably those 2 prepackaged cookies that hospital had in waiting room..lol

Well gotta go an put clothes in dryer..get lunch meal out..start getting ready for bus to pick me up...was a lot easier when I could see to drive...

Was tired after therapy...well actually was tired before therapy...so no zwift ride today...today was catch up on prep day...
