It's been another rainy day today and again tomorrow they say. On the bright side of thing for the first time in 15 years I was able to bend over and touch my toes and my fingertips touched floor with out my gut being in the way and without pain and stood up straight again also I am able to get up off the floor easier then usual. I am proud of myself for this I honestly didn't think I ever be able to do so again. Just got to keep at and eventually I will be able to bend and lay my hands flat on the floor. I am really starting to feel more like my old self again HAPPY and GO-LUCKY. I did take A nap for A couple of hours due to A migraine but now I feel better. Gonna have A hot cup of tea and soak in A hot tub and relax.

I think that's definitely the best part of weight loss - feeling better, more flexible, more agile. It's what I've enjoyed most. The day I was able to sit with my knees to my chest I spent the day smiling!

With a migraine sleep and keeping away from bright light is the only way and sunglasses help might get funny looks in the rain but who cares
As for the weight I’m really proud for you keep going and look forward to seeing your picture when you reach your goal weight well done
