5.0 hrs sleep, 0.0 hrs CPAP, 7 fatigue, RNeck 6.0, Joints 2;

Oboy..slept on couch(b/c I didn't setup cpap,doh!; neck was already aggravated & made worse on couch. medicated heavily this am as flare is starting. Must improve sleeping, as quality affects many processes & overall.

Suspect weight will rapidly swing to other side of trendline, but must exercise to make it happen. Neck will determine whether I can.

Ouch! I avoided CPAP with a tonsillectomy, but that doent work for everyone.

yowza! I'm hoping that weight loss & exercise will help tone my throat and make my cpap a thing of the past!
