Shrimp is great for people to eat when on a diet but they are very very high in cholesterol so I baked some garlic to combat that

I love roasted garlic. Better than butter, sometimes.

A quick way to "peel" the roasted garlic is to pop the cut side down on a plate in the microwave and nuke them for 20-30 seconds. The steam lifts the skins right off them.
