Day Twenty. Inched up on the scale again this morning. I've been thinking on it and all I can conclude is that I let my sodium intake increase significantly while my fiber deceased. Even though I haven't exceeded my RDA in calories, the makeup of those calories has changed over the past week and my return to work. Started a challenge yesterday to increase water consumption but I am also going to try and increase the fiber that I am consuming. Well see if that turns my progress back in the right direction.
