Day Nineteen. First day of school went well. Weigh in wise Im up last two days and I'm not really sure why. May be the increases amount of processed food I've been having. Going to try and get meals back under control. Not over eating but maybe need to make different choices. But I'm going to try and be patient and continue my work. Today is my sons first day of school! I'm feeling stressed but I think he's fine :(
247.4 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 84.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
