I so know how that is - but don't beat yourself up - the next day is a NEW DAY - if possible try and have like some carrot sticks in icebox or celery sticks or broccolli - anything to grab quickly just to quell the hunger right quick - i have found some sunflower seeds are great for hunger and you can crunch on them and I think I have read they are good for you. . .
