Thank you universe...good Saturday morning..being in recovery for a messed up shoulder has made me lazy and depressed...I no longer want to get up at 4am to get on trainer...would rather sleep thru the workouts...feeling depressed cause after almost 2months of therapy and still more to go thru...not sure what else I want to accomplish...I have decent movement from it...not like I’m gonna be pushing weights or nothing...a lot of what I do now around the house is everyday movement already...

Headed to walmart to get stocked up once again...don’t even want to go their either...if only I didn’t have to eat...

Yes I’m down...was yesterday to...have been for several days..need to recover from it and get back into my happy place...

I know how you feel as I've been down this week, for other reasons of course. I've lost my usual optimistic happy me. I haven't done my meditations. I'm not thinking about whether the food I'm eating is good for me or not. I haven't been out with my walking group for some time and I'm not bothering to water my pot plants outside. We'll get through it and we'll be ok. Life has its ups and downs and we're just going through a down at the moment. The up is just around the corner. Take care Mike and I'll keep you in my thoughts today. Big hugs.
