Sadly, I forgot to exercise yesterday. Yes, really. That kind of day. Today we started week 5 of couch to 5k. it is 89 degrees outside and in that temp, the running intervals are getting hard! I have eaten:
smoothie
carrot-chard juice at juice bar
curried red lentil salad
lara bar
low sodium v8 type juice
almonds
turtle trails soy ice cream (yes, I eat desert first! ;)
2 slice veggie pizza

Gratitude List

my sister
my husband
my cat
my family
clean water
healthy, delicious food
plants
tomorrow off
a safe and happy life
my hubby giving me a foot massage

sometimes it is good to take a break from exercise. perhaps it is what your body needed.
