Food today Breakfast- coffee with soymilk, lara bar, banana Lunch- salad bar, one scoop mixed potatoes, one scoop eggplant parmesan from hot bar Dinner- tofurky sandwich, 3 small cookies snack- soymilk
P.S. So many greens I am getting sick of them. I don't think I'll meet my goal of 5 cups today.
Gratitude List not too many classes this semester getting organized at work being able to help my neighbors husband and cat, family and friends <3 the book I'm reading getting my writing organized fatsecret buddies sleep!

I like to cook my greens - especially spinach. 5 cups shrinks to about 1/4 cup right? :)

You lost me at greens! LOL Actually, I have been eating more veggies and fruit then ever in my life! Just discovered strawberries (never liked them before) and now I am addicted. What book are your reading?

oh, I love strawberries! those have always been my favorite. I am actually reading a book called recovery sanity: a compassionate approach to understanding and treating psychosis. Yeah, I knew no one else would be interested, that's why I didn't list the title, but i am a mental health counseling student and i find that stuff exciting!
