I am not hungry anymore. Don’t get me wrong, I wanted to eat a basket of nacho chips and salsa today but not really hungry.

Are you doing intermittent fasting? I’m not hungry most of the time either, but once I start making dinner for the family, I do get hungry.

You are recognizing the difference between hunger (which is when your body really needs food) and appetites (which is craving usually certain foods or certain types of foods even though you body isn't really hungry) - that is great to recognize!
