So I’m not even going to enter my meals today. I ate at Olive Garden and I ate a little bit of everything. Ate 2 bread sticks, a fourth of a salad, about half of the pasta nachos, a few fried mozzarella things and a few drinks of a orange Italian ice cream drink. I also drank about 5 glasses of water. So ya didn’t do good. I can honestly say I physically feel like shit.

Hug yourself, forgive yourself, and let it go. Tomorrow is a fresh day. Hubby wanted to stop at Olive Garden on our way home from Oregon this week and I agreed, even though it is a tempting pit of terror for me. Four breadsticks later (plus my "on the lighter side" meal), we left and I'm still trying to get rid of the wheat in my body. *sigh*

Happens to all of from time to time :). Start fresh tomorrow. Most of my household is on Keto now and “Tomorrow is a new Keto Day” is an often used statement here.
