So far this Friday I have been very very good. I struggle with keeping my blood thin enough not to clot but not too thin. When I went and had my INR checked it was 3.9 :( That is the reason I have a lot of bruises, my blood is way too thin. I am working on getting is back down to less than 3.0. I think I am doing the right thing when it comes to eating but then just when I think I have it figured out then is goes in the opposite direction and tests way too thick. We will see what happens on Monday when I have it checked again.
This has been a good start to the weekend. My calories are low and so are my carbs. I* had a salad for breakfast.
