My weight loss is still stalled. I have gotten a lot better at adding protein into my diet, but it seems to have increased my overall calorie intake. I still work out about 30 minutes, 5 days a week, and drink tons of water. I guess my next step will be to try to decrease my calories. I have my RDI set as if I am sedentary (even though I work out) to keep it low. I will try to aim for 80=85% of my RDI. This is not going to be easy...
