LIFESTYLE DIET
I've found that a key part of finding the time and will to exercise is to deliberately reduce the number of things I'm doing that are not exercise. I've gone on a restricted Internet news and email diet and making my way down my todo list so my Inbox is clear (an ongoing thing, but I've cleared out items that have been sitting undone for months). For me, it's not just a food diet, it's a lifestyle diet, and clearing the empty things that fill my days in favor of the things I really want to be doing.

Diet Calendar Entry for 14 August 2012:
