😁😁 yaaasssss! I’m at the gym today for the first time since my vacation a few weeks ago. Couldnt find my card, so I checked in with my phone number and my picture came up and Eric (trainer) did a double take and said “Damn lookin good! How much have you lost?” 😁😁 Best feeling ever! 44 pounds down 👍
165.0 lb Lost so far: 44.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good advise Thor! Christine the very first thing I did was cut ou fast food (which I ate daily) I still ate all the wrong things but they were at least real foods. Dieting isn’t just about losing weight but becoming healthier so we can maintain a good weight once we get there.

Spencer Ugh 4 am is EArly!!! But I’m sure it will be worth it in the long run! Mrsroboto I am trying my hardest!!

Thanks for the tip. I'm definitely cutting off fast food. And hope to continue eating healthy . I'm ready to change my life. Not only for my self but for my lil ones also.
