Lazy late Sunday breakfast... four egg whites with spinach, onion, a little everything bagel seasoning, and hot sauce. Only like 80 calories. Pic was taken about halfway through, lol.

OOh, never thought to use bagel seasoning on eggs - good idea! I LOVE 2 scrambled eggs (using butter), shredded cheese, green chilies / sauce, and sour cream...only 4 carbs if using 2 TBLS each of the sauces and sour cream!

Looks good - that's what I have been missing - hot sauce. No one but me at home likes anything spicy, but I love it.
