Progress Report: Down 2 lbs since 7/30/2018 -- pretty good since that also included a week long workcation.
Total inches up .5 since 7/30/2018. Today wore everyday attire to measure.
I saw and saw and saw 3 side photos of myself. Is it me or is a standard T-shirt one of the least attractive forms of attire every made? I looked huge. And that made me wonder if that really was how I looked? A belly protruding out and captured inside a T-shirt resembling a stuffed sausage. Ick. Next time will go with a more "form-fitting" shirt - then maybe I will be able to see the efforts and not become discouraged and dismayed.
