Day 4 of doing this and I'm realizing through entering exercise/activities, just how OMG! sedentary I am.

Today I changed my desk so that I now stand at it instead of sit. I'm an avid MMO player and I'm not inclined to give that up. Tried it out on one of my games and found that I bounce around and jump up & down quite a bit while I'm fighting on my toons. Actually adds a bit more fun and submersiveness to it.

Need to work a bit at keeping under the RDI food-wise and get active in a few more things...otherwise, I'm certain I can do this :)
