I've been doing a little more experimenting with raw food recipes (and healthier cooked recipes). I'm finding it really easy with raw food to eat whatever you want and still keep under my caloric limit for the day. Now we'll just have to see if I can keep it up! I ordered a dehydrator yesterday, so I think that that'll help me keep up with all these amazing raw food recipes. the thing about raw food too is that because a lot of "cooked" recipes need to be dehydrated (often over night) , this forces me to be a little more conscious of what I eat and makes me plan ahead.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
