Yesterday, ended on a really bad note. My husband and I were dealing with something, somewhat stressful (i.e. money) and by the time we had everything figured out it was well past dinner time and we were both famished and exhausted. It was not horrible but it was not the best situation to be eating, either (see diet journal). Needless to say all will eventually work itself out. Diet and money. I should stress this is not an argument between myself and my husband but something else...

So, with all that said I want to send out many, many

to my friends here for all the past and future support I have received and hopefully will continue to receive. And, I would also like to let all know that I offer

when ever need as well!

I always dread this time of year when my husband and I get our tax return back. We always "discuss" how to use it and we always have totally different ideas, LOL! Good luck with your discussion! And you are so sweet for the hugs!

Girl Scout thin mints are evil, lol! I am glad I didn't get any this year. They freeze well too, which means they can stay around FOREVER! Tax time is an awful time, emotional eating is generally a pitfall for me as well. I bought a treadmill at Christmas and this year my goal is to get on it when I feel bad and want to soothe myself with food.
