Mmmmm tried the faux mashed potatoes tonight I ate a whole cup of them and then had some Italian Sausage two links. I was good today I went to a BBQ place with friends from work and had the bbq sauce put on the side just dipped a few bites of my pork into the sauce but ate most of it without and had a salad YUMMY!

I've never quite gotten around to making the fauxtatoes...they sound really good! Keep up that will power!
