It's been about a week of eating out Mom-and-Pop Chinese, where it's been fairly impossible to keep track of calorie, carb, and fiber intake. Pleasantly surprised to see that my weight was unchanged. I've decided to go full on Atkins Induction for at least the next two weeks.
