Scale is stuck the last I think 4 weeks. Trying to stay focused and not get frustrated. I have made so many positive changes and feeling much healthier. The weight has to come off eventually, you would think

If you are exercising, take your measurements. I had a friend who went down 4 sizes without seeing the scale move for months. If you don't exercise and can, start. It will help. If you do, change it up. Up your intensity or duration. Our bodies get used to doing and eating the same things. Changing it up is good.
