i gained 20 pounds in one month on jenny craig, it didnt work for me and the food tasted processed. I love freash grown food that is not in a box.

food today breakfast, butternut squash with jack cheese melted over it, lunch half avocado, half banana frozen, almond milk whey protein almond butter blended into smoothie, salad, with 3 egg whites, blue cheese dressing just a drizzle. dinner will be cucumber and tomatoe salad with balsamic dressing, desert chocolate whey powder add egg whites, add almond milk , add peanut butter microwave

I am not saying that this diet is wrong, it didnt work for me, every one has their own way and thats what I like about fat secret, sharing different ways of eating.
