every other night I'm hungry b4 bed. I need to stop creeping the snacks in thru out the last hours. they r adding up to their own meal. pfft. I can do better!
224.0 lb Lost so far: 28.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
