My lady bits finished their monthly tribute to the miracle of life so I figured I'd check how things are going. It would seem that the 160s are letting me stay for now. I failed at weight training this week. I will try again next week. I did sprint a little which I hadn't done in a while. While I am acutely aware that my sprint equates to an athletic person's jog, it is an amazing type of feeling. Running as fast as you can for a little while does something. I am not completely sure what it does but I am completely sure it is something. On a side note, it would seem that either Zumba has improved my cardio-respiratory health or I have finally reached a weight I can maneuver better because the sprints came easier than they have in the past. Perhaps it is a combination of both?
169.0 lb Lost so far: 66.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
